New Year, New Intentions: Manifesting Balance, Joy, and Purpose in 2025
Happy New Year! 🎉
For those new to LYV.on, let me reintroduce myself. I’m Maria LyVonne, a passionate self-care advocate based in Chicago. I’m ambitious, driven, goal-oriented, and unapologetically determined to prove that having it all is possible!
I know firsthand the juggling act of being a mom, a wife, a career-driven woman, and an entrepreneur. It’s not easy balancing these roles while still making time for yourself. My journey toward self-care started after I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia. Stress became a major trigger for my symptoms, forcing me to face a harsh reality: I had to find new ways to prioritize my health and well-being. This experience drove me to explore transformative stress-relief methods, which eventually became the foundation for LYV.on—a venture rooted in living fully and intentionally.
At LYV.on, I focus on nurturing from the inside out, showing women like you that self-care and self-love aren’t luxuries—they’re essentials. When we’re strong and energized from within, we’re unstoppable in every area of life. But let’s be honest: too often, we put ourselves last, weighed down by endless to-do lists and the misconception that self-care is selfish. I’m here to tell you it’s not. In fact, investing in yourself is the best investment you’ll ever make.
My mission is simple: to redefine self-care for ambitious women who want it all but feel overwhelmed by the process. Through this newsletter, I hope to inspire, motivate, and empower you to prioritize your needs and goals without guilt.
What you can expect from LYV.on’s newsletter:
Inspiration and free coaching advice to help you on your self-care journey.
Early access and discounts for in-person events and collaborations.
Tools to help you feel motivated, confident, and ready to embrace self-care as a daily practice.
Let’s kick off this new year with intention and purpose!
Setting Intentions: Start Your 2025 Strong
There’s something magical about the start of a new year. It’s a chance to hit reset, reflect on what no longer serves you, and set intentions for the life you truly want. Manifestation sometimes gets a bad rap, but those who embrace it share common traits: confidence, optimism, focus, and discipline. Manifestation and intention-setting go hand in hand, and together, they can help you create a life filled with balance and purpose.
I’ll be the first to admit: slowing down to visualize and set intentions can feel challenging. As women, we’re often so busy with the “must-dos” that we rarely stop to think about the “what-ifs.” Sound familiar?
The truth is, we have more control over our time than we think. But to take control, we need to pause, reflect, and plan intentionally. I always tell my clients: “If you fail to plan, you plan to fail.”
Practical Tips for Setting Intentions:
Visualize Your Ideal Day
Spend a few minutes each morning visualizing how you want your day to unfold. Avoid checking emails or social media until you’ve completed this exercise—it sets the tone for a more focused and positive day.Replace “Can’t” with “Can”
Speak words of positivity over your life. Keep a journal of affirmations to guide you through both the highs and the lows.Plan with Purpose
Use a calendar or vision board to map out your goals and intentions for the year. Share your plans with a trusted friend or family member to help keep you accountable.
January Mission:
Before you abandon those New Year’s resolutions, take the entire month to visualize, manifest, and set intentions for the year ahead. Write them down, create a vision board, or share your goals with a trusted friend for accountability.
If you feel stuck or unsure where to start, reach out to me. I’d be honored to support you in building habits that serve both you and your loved ones.
Final Thoughts
Be intentional with your time, your energy, and the people you surround yourself with. Learn to say “no” to what doesn’t serve you, and prioritize what truly matters.
This is your year to embrace balance, joy, prosperity, and love. Prioritize what serves you, and let go of what doesn’t. When you intentionally design your path, the journey itself becomes a source of fulfillment.
This year, I believe you can have it all—joy, balance, prosperity, and peace—without guilt or overwhelm. You just need to trust in yourself, set clear intentions, and take small, consistent steps forward.
Here’s to making 2025 your year of abundance, happiness, and purpose. You’ve got this!
Happy Manifesting, Loves!
Until Next Month,
Live You. Love You.

Quote of the Month:
"Let all your efforts be directed to something; let it keep that end in view. It’s not activity that disturbs people, but false conceptions of things that drive them mad." – Seneca
