RETURN POLICY:

Unworn and unwashed merchandise (excluding accessories and final sale items) can be returned within 21 days of your item(s) delivery date. All bodysuits must have tags. All returns must be submitted via our customer service email and await approval.

At lyv-on we make it our duty to package all delicate products in eco-friendly materials for protection until they are safely in your hands. In the event of receiving damaged items: please contact our customer service to further assist you.

RETURN CRITERIA:
Clothing must be free of make up, perfume, deodorant, animal hair, and any other marks or stains. All tags attached. ALL BODYSUITS ARE FINAL SALE. We do not accept any bodysuit return unless recieved damaged or quality issue, being that they are intimate garments. If an item is returned to us in a non-resellable condition, it will be returned to you at your cost. No exceptions. 

RETURN TIMEFRAME:
Returns must be sent back to LYV-ON within 21 days of your item(s) delivery date.  Please ensure your package will arrive in time. If we do not receive your return within 21 days after it was delivered, it will not be accepted for store credit.

RETURN PROCESS:
Once your return(s) is submitted through our CUSTOMER SERVICE EMAIL, it will be in review.  After your return is approved by LYVON HQ, you will receive a follow-up email with the return instructions and shipping address. Please make sure your return(s) includes your NAME and ORDER NUMBER when it is sent back to LYV-ON HQ.

RETURN SHIPPING COST:
You are responsible for paying for your own shipping cost to return your item(s) back to LYV-ON  HQ. LYV-ON does not pay for return shipping or handling costs (unless the item(s) arrived damaged or it was a mistake on our part). We strongly recommend that you send your return(s) back with a tracking number. We are not responsible for any return packages lost in transit.

REFUNDS:
Once we receive your return back at LYV-ON HQ, it will be processed for a full refund within 5-7 business days.

EXCHANGES:
Due to the fast selling nature of our products, we do not offer exchanges. You are welcome to return your item for store credit to use towards the same item in a different size (if it's available). Otherwise, store credit can be used towards anything else on our website and it never expires.

FINAL SALE ITEMS:
All jewelry, accessories, self-care, sale/clearance, and bodysuits items are final sale. No refunds, exchange or store credit is given unless received damaged.
